I have been quite a long time doesn't touch the badminton already.
Last week and tonight, I had an enjoyable exercise in badminton match with my friends. That's great!
Well, i thought my skill will not as good as before, but fortunately that's still not too bad . ^^
Badminton is standard exercise that suit for everyone, that no too tough to play, and easy to get through of it!
Sweat a lot, ran a lot, and smash a lot, whole body are exercising, feel good to it!
I love badminton so much !
